If the typical box of 50 hardball practice rounds is $20 to $25 for .45 ACP, it can be upward of $35 for a box of 50 in 10mm depending on brand and box. But expect to pay more. The .460 suffers from the short OAL, just as the 10mm does, which keeps it from using better powders and heavier bullets. It also uses a slide that weighs a bit less than the 10s, which means that the slide speed will be higher yet. It pretty well has to use the comp to be functional at all.I'd personally opt for the 41 MOS but YMMV! Now if I were concerned more about bear or hogs in the country-side, that's where I'd consider 10mm. However at a 10 round limit I'd actually consider an 8-round .357 magnum wheel gun too. 10mm has seen a decent resurgence with platforms and loads, but .357 still is better for availability..
